Sneha in Silambarasan’s Silambattam

In a sudden turn of events, Sneha has been roped in into Silambarasan’s ‘Silambattam’. Since Kajal Agarwal could not adjust her dates to allocate sufficient dates for ‘Silambaattam’, director Saravanan has approached Sneha to act opposite Simbu.The smiling beauty, who is very particular about the story of the films she acts, demanded the director to narrate the whole story. The story impressed her and hence she accepted to act in ‘Silambattam’.
It would be a disappointing development for the young and upcoming heroine Kajal, who was on cloud nine after she got the chance to act in ‘Silambattam’. Since there was a possibility of the shooting of her forthcoming Telugu movie getting postponed, the girl thought she could act in this Tamil flick before the Telugu movie goes to the floors.
Unexpectedly, the shooting for the Telugu movie is set to begin as per the original schedule and hence she could not adjust her dates to accommodate ‘Silambattam’

Sneha's next tamil movie is going to be an entirely different one from her other movies. The movie titled Achchamundu Achchamundu (also spelled as Achamundu Achamundu), is a thriller flick according to the director Mr. Arun Vaidhyanathan.
"We are going to shoot in New Jersey and New York. We plan to complete the entire film in 18 to 20 days," said the director before the US trip.

Sneha Joins Vikram For A New Film

Sneha, the actress more famous for her enchanting smile rather than her acting skills is gearing up to star opposite superstar Vikram in an untitled film to be directed by KS Ravikumar. Sneha and Vikram, till date have acted in just one movie together, which is King directed by Prabhu Solomon. They are reuniting in the onscreen world after a gap of almost six years.

The movie is being put out by Mohan Natarajan's media production house - Rajakaliyamman Medias. Apparently, KS Ravikumar signed the legal contract on the 31^st of March and has already started work on the final script. He is so very excited about the movie that he is personally taking care of details such as who to include in the crew. The shooting will most probably start by the second week of June, as that is when Vikram will have completed shooting for Kandasamy.

Sneha glamourous role in pandi with Larence

Choreographer-actor and director Lawrence will soon be lighting up the silver screen in his latest tamil movie Pandi directed by Madhuravan, for which he has also penned the screenplay. The Pandi movie’s telugu version Pardhu is produced by Manyam Ramesh for Manyam Entertainments. Sneha and Namitha are the leading ladies of the film. With the shooting just completed the post production work has begun in full swing and is progressing at a brisk pace. Pandi has music by Srikanth Deva.

Actress Sneha, who chose to stay away from glamour roles, has finally taken to a skimpy show in her forthcoming release ‘Pandi’. The movie featuring Ragava Larencce in the lead role is produced by Hithesh Jabhak and is directed by Madhuravan. Namitha and Sneha play the heroines. Ganja Karuppu play the comedian. The movie went to floors a few months ago. Madhuravan has managed to shoot the entire talkie portion of the movie in a quick time.

He says, ‘The climax was shot in Dindigul at a grand set erected at 5 acre of land. A huge statue of Ayyanar was erected and a grand Thiruvizha was set up’. Both Sneha and Namitha have oozed glamour in the movie. For Ragava Larencce, it is a movie to reckon with in his career, he adds. The movie has music by Srikanth deva and cinematography by Senthil Kumar

Sneha is all set to regain her position in Tamil films.

The year was full of gossips and lost film opportunities for Sneha. Putting them behind her as a bad dream, Sneha is determined to start afresh with enthusiasm.

She is at present acting in Thankar Bachan's Pallikoodam. In a recent survey by a prominent television station, it was found that Sneha has done the most number of television ads and honored with the title of Vilambara Rani!

She is looking slimmer and more beautiful before. What is her secret? "Earlier, I was hooked on having chicken or mutton every day. Now it's just the opposite. I am now a fan of vegetarian food. I have even given up rice. I have fruit juice 3 times a day. The very sight of non-veg turns my stomach now

Sneha goes back to School

Sneha is excited with the outcome of her association with director Thangar Bachan in Pallikoodam meaning school. She said that the working style and emotional narrations of Thangar has stunned and induced her to do another film with him.

"I play a school teacher character in Pallikoodam. I enjoyed doing it and I think this is my best ever movie of my film career. Though the character is about a teacher, there is not much dialogue and it is the body language that do the talking. I enjoyed village life during the shooting of the film. I am really thankful to the director for giving me an opportunity to know the soul of the country," said Sneha.

It has failed to make it to the Cannes film festival but the actress is confident that home crowd will love it and make it a huge commercial hit. However, the director is dejected after the rejection and he seems to have lost all interest. Now, nobody knows when it will hit the screens.

I have already paired with Shaam in 2 films. This is my third one with him. Personally he is a good friend of mine. He never irritates anybody. Acting with such a nice guy is a pleasant experience...'

A few years ago, Sneha had levelled allegations against Sham for misbehaving with her during a song shoot for the film Aei Nee Romba Azhaga Irukke; Shaam had supposedly bitten her lips on the sets then. After this incident, both avoided pairing up in films for a while.
